Terms & conditionsAll orders are subject to written acceptance by Spirit Icons. Orders will be confirmed in writing, by e-mail. Once accepted, the order may not be changed or cancelled except as otherwise provided for in this Terms and Conditions or as required by applicable law. Spirit Icons also reserves the right to require verbal confirmation of orders. If we request verbal confirmation of an order, we will not accept confirmation via e-mail.
For each product selected on the Spirit Icons.com website, a summary page will be displayed featuring a photograph of the item, its colors, catalog code, quantity selected, unit price, and the total amount owed for the order. It is the responsibility of the customer to check that this displayed information accurately reflects their selection before confirming their order.
Upon confirmation, the order will be sent to Spirit Icons for processing. While every effort will be made to ensure the color, design, and style of the Spirit Icons products displayed on the spiriticons.com website are representative of the original products, slight variations may occur for technical and other reasons.
Accordingly, Spirit Icons shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of Spirit Icons products displayed on the spiriticons.com website. If the customer has any questions about the products, they may contact the customer service department by e-mailing email@example.com.
Spirit Icons has the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom it has had a dispute concerning a prior order, or if Spirit Icons has reasonable ground to suspect that such customer has violated these Terms and Conditions, or is engaged in fraudulent or grey market activities.
Spirit Icons reserves the right to change the assortment of items offered on the spiriticons.com website from time to time without prior notice to the customer.
Spirit Icons will not be liable if any product is out of stock or otherwise unavailable.
In the circumstance that any item a customer selects becomes unavailable after confirmation of the order, the customer service unit will inform the customer by phone or e-mail as soon as possible.
The customer will have the option to choose another product or cancel their order, unless the order which was made was a multiple order, in which case the customer service unit will inform the customer by phone or e-mail to communicate which part of the order will ship. The customer will only be charged for the part of the order which is shipped and may then choose another item to replace the unavailable item, which will be processed as a separate order.
Confirmation of orders
In order to process the order, the customer must click the "CHECKOUT” option on their computer. Upon confirmation, the order will be submitted to Spirit Icons for processing and may not be changed or cancelled except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions or as required by applicable law.
Spirit Icons records evidence of all transactions between Spirit Icons and its customers. In the event of a dispute between Spirit Icons and one of its customers relating a transaction conducted on the website, the data recorded by Spirit Icons shall be treated as evidence of the details of the transaction.
Prices and payments
The prices of Spirit Icons products are indicated in Danish Kroner and EURO, including taxes. Spirit Icons charges state, county and local tax as required by applicable law.
Spirit Icons reserves the right to modify the price of products offered on the spiriticons.com website at any time without prior notice to the customer. The customer will be charged the prices displayed on the spiriticons.com website at the time the order was confirmed provided that the products are available at that time.
The customer is required to pay for any order placed on the spiriticons.com website immediately upon confirmation. We only accept payment by credit, charge and debit cards. Customers cannot use store credits or gift certificates issued by Spirit Icons boutiques to purchase items offered on the spiriticons.com website.
All orders are payable in Euro. We accept the following credit, charge and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, JCB and American Express.
The customers credit, charge or debit card will only be charged when their order is dispatched. If any of the products in the order are unavailable, Spirit Icons will only charge the price, taxes and shipping costs for the goods available.
Reservation of title
Products ordered by customers will remain the property of Spirit Icons until Spirit Icons has received full payment thereof. If there is any problem with payment, the customer is responsible to return the goods received to Spirit Icons immediately upon request.
The customer accepts all risk for the goods (including loss, theft, or damage of any order) upon shipment .
Goods purchased via the spiriticons.com website may only be delivered to listed countries.
Any delivery address situated outside listed countries will be refused during the ordering procedure. spiriticons.com will not process any order for which a post office box or APO/FPO address is provided. Spirit Icons will not ship to hotels.
Goods will be shipped to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.
Customers may specify single or multiple addresses for each order.
The customer will be asked to select the shipping method as a part of the ordering procedure.
Delivery costs depend on the value of the order and the delivery service chosen.
Time required for delivery
During the ordering procedure, Spirit Icons will inform the customers of the standard time required for delivery and the various forms of delivery available for the goods purchased. (estimated shipping time 5 business days) However, Spirit Icons reserves the right to divide the order into partial shipments. In this case, the customer's credit, charge or debit card will only be charged for a single shipment.
Problems of delivery
Any failure to deliver or a delivery exceeding fourteen  business days from the shipment date should be reported to our customer service department as soon as possible. In order for your claim to be accepted, please notify us within a maximum of thirty  calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order.
Once you confirm receipt of the order, you should check the order to confirm accuracy. If there are any discrepancies, you should immediately contact the customer service unit by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +45 6440 1818 to report the issue.
If the products ordered do not conform with the original order, or you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the Return Policy.
You may return any online purchase without customized engraving or embossing to our customer service center within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.
All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in original packaging. Please ship all item(s) pre-paid and insured. Spirit Icons is not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments.
Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any item with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (e.g. re-sized by a jeweler) cannot be accepted.
Return policy to customer service center
You may return your online purchase to our customer service center for a refund or exchange. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase on site. If the exchanged item is greater in value, you will be charged the difference. If the exchanged item is less in value, you will be credited the difference. Gift recipients are entitled- to an exchange of equal or greater value only.
Original shipping charges will be refunded. If the online purchase is returned for an exchange you will not be charged for shipping costs related to the second shipment.

The host server of this website is located in Denmark and differences are subject to Danish law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts Denmark.
